The Harrison Boys Golf Teams follows-up their 5A West Conference Championship with a top five finish in the 5A State Tournament last week with a pair of golfers earning All-State Honors.

The Harrison Goblins Golf Team capped off their impressive season with a strong third-place finish today at the Class 5A State Golf Championship held at the Pine Bluff Country Club.
The Goblins completed the tournament with a final team score of 310 (+26), placing them third in the state. They finished closely behind the State Champion Little Rock Christian Warriors (293) and the runner-up Searcy Lions (308).
Several strong individual rounds highlighted the team's performance:
Junior Berkley Knapp led the way for Harrison, shooting a superb round of 74 (+3) to finish tied for 6th overall in the individual standings while Freshman Brody Knapp continued his outstanding debut season, finishing with a 76 (+5) for 11th place. Both of the Knapps earned All-State Honors.
Among other players, Senior Keeton Carter carded a 79 (+8), placing 19th, Junior Isaac Freeman shot an 81 (+10), finishing 23rd, and Senior Jack Magness rounded out the team's scoring with an 83 (+12).
The team's third-place finish at the state level is a significant achievement, following its earlier capture of the 5A West Conference Championship.
The Harrison School District congratulates the entire team and their coaches on a fantastic season.
