Patricia Elisabeth “Treat” Privett, age 70, of Butterfield, Missouri passed away Saturday, May 17, 2025 at her home.
She was born June 11, 1954 in Monett, Missouri the daughter of Albert and Effie (Schaeffer) Rice. On July 27, 1974 in Monett, Missouri she was united in marriage to Larry Privett, who survives. Also surviving are one son, Donald Privett and his wife Jennifer of Butterfield, Missouri; two daughters, Denise Privett of Butterfield, Missouri and Deanna Jo Rehfeldt and her husband Joe of Exeter, Missouri; two brothers, Jerry Rice and his significant other Mary Washam of Monett, Missouri and Tim Rice and his wife Stacy of Purdy, Missouri; two sisters, Linda Henderson and her husband Jim of Monett, Missouri and Vivien Lombard and her significant other Jim Whisenhunt of Monett, Missouri; four grandchildren, Kaylee and her husband Justin, Alexis and her significant other Kyle, Larry Wyatt and Emma and two great grandchildren, Greyson and Lynkin.
Preceding her in death were her parents and four brothers, Frank Rice, Rick Rice, Michael Rice and Eddie Rice.
Pat grew up and attended school in Monett, Missouri. She was employed by Mercy Hospital in Cassville, Missouri as a cook for 28 years. Pat enjoyed working, cleaning, mowing the yard and tending to her roses, they were her favorite flower. She was a charter member of the Butterfield Fire Protection District from 2006 until 2023. Pat’s grandchildren were very important to her, she loved them unconditionally. The family wishes to thank Amazing Grace Home Care for the wonderful care given to Pat. She attended Butterfield Baptist Church.
Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, May 23, 2025 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Frank Smith and Pastor Dallas LaCaze will conduct the services. Burial will be at Muncie Chapel Cemetery in Wheaton, Missouri.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Thursday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
