Michael Roy Dunlap, 23.
Michael Roy Dunlap, cherished son, brother and friend, passed away in a fatal automobile accident on April 21, 2024 at the age of 23.
Michael was born on November 22, 2000 in Marshall, Missouri. He embodied a sacred spirit of friendship and love. He would always help anyone out. He was a very caring person. Michael also had a big heart for animals, especially his family’s dogs and cats.
Michael left us way too soon and even though we have to say goodbye for now, someday we will all meet again.
Michael was preceded in death by his father, Michael E. Dunlap in 2007. He is also preceded in death by his grandmother, Joyce C. Ralston-Hammond.
He is dearly missed by his mother, Kenna Hammond and her boyfriend Bryan Brown; his sisters, Kenna C. “KC” Hammond (Brandon Meyer), MaryJo E. Dunlap, Angel M. Hammond (Ethan Rhoades) and Skylar Bashor (Zachery Odell); his grandmother, Mary Barker-Martin; grandfathers, Paul Martin, Terry W. Dunlap and Roy E. Hammond; his great-grandparents; his nieces; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends, especially his close dear friend and ISL house manager, Vince Franz.
Michael’s life was celebrated on May 18, 2024 at the Red Lion Inn and Suites in Branson hosted by the Dunlap, Hammond and Brown families.
Cremation arrangements were in the care of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson.
