Jeanne Ann Buchanan, 92, passed away on August 21, 2025.
Jeanne Ann Buchanan was born on June 29, 1932, in Orange, California, to Philip and Mary Davis.
She grew up alongside her brother, Keith Davis. Jeanne's parents were 26 and 29 years old, respectively, at the time of her birth. On November 21, 1951, Jeanne married William Robert (Bill) Buchanan in her hometown of Huntington Beach, California. They shared sixty-two years together, raising two children throughout their marriage. Bill worked in the aerospace industry during the early years and later owned a general construction business, with Jeanne providing office support as well as caring for their home.
Jeanne lived a long and fulfilling life, passing away peacefully at the age of 92 on August 21, 2025. She was preceded in death by her parents, Philip and Mary Davis; her husband, Bill Buchanan; her brother, Keith Davis; and her sister-in-law, Sara. Jeanne is survived by her son, Norman Buchanan and his wife, Kathy; daughter, Belinda Buchanan; three grandchildren: Todd Hicks, Robbie Hicks, and Stacy Graves; and eight great-grandchildren; as well as many other relatives and friends.
No formal services are planned at this time. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.
