Dennis James “Buck” Buckley, age 65, of Branson, Missouri, passed away June 8, 2025, at his home with loved ones nearby. He entered this life March 28, 1960, in Quincy, Illinois, the son of Howard and Joanne (Ashbaker) Buckley.
Buck proudly served our country in the United States Army. He had many occupations throughout life, but his happiest “occupation” was a Bass fisherman. Buck knew all the fishing spots on the nearby lakes. He didn’t go fishing; he went catching and then released. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Buck is preceded in death by his father and a son, Ryan Buckley.
He is survived by his significant other, Arlene Chambers; son, Cody Buckley of Hillsboro, Illinois; three grandchildren: Gavin, McKenzie Grace, and Kirsten; two brothers: Mike (Jean) Buckley of Quincy, Illinois, and Steve (Sarah) Buckley of St. Johns, Florida; (nieces, nephews, and extended family).
