Charles Franklin “Frank” Howell, age 84, of Branson, Missouri
Charles Franklin “Frank” Howell, age 84, of Branson, Missouri, passed away on November 21, 2023. He entered this life on June 16, 1939, in Stroud, Oklahoma, the son of Warren and Esther (Moore) Howell. Frank was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ronee “Jeanne” Howell; and sister, Bertha Dostal.
As a handyman, Frank valued fixing and building items, making jewelry, and owning land. He was a very social person who made lots of friends, having a beer and keeping good company. Frank enjoyed classical country music, especially Johnny Cash. The last year of his life, he lived in Branson, Missouri, at the Oaks Retirement Community chasing all the ladies. Frank was full of life, young at heart, and generous. He will never be forgotten.
He is survived by his daughter, Karen (Joe) Kelly of Arroyo Grande, California; daughter, Sheri (Jack) Nash of Buckeye, Arizona; son, Mark Howell of Atascadero, California; and daughter, Dawn (Ed) Smith of Branson, Missouri. Frank is also survived by his ten grandchildren: Justin, Jocelyn, Cody, Rory, Nichole, Mark, Tyler, Devon, Ryan, and Jordon; numerous great grandchildren; and brother, Ed Howell of Lakeview, Arkansas.
