Beverly Jean “Bev” Heaton, age 83, of Seligman, Missouri passed away Sunday, May 4, 2025 at her home.
She was born in Loveland, Colorado on September 8, 1941 the daughter of Harold and Helen Virginia (Allen) Summers. On September 30, 1955 in Loveland, Colorado she was united in marriage to Jimmy Heaton, Sr., who preceded her in death on October 17, 2007. Also preceding her in death were her parents; son, Jimmy Heaton, Jr. and two brothers, Dennis Summers and Gary Summers.
Surviving are three sons, Ronnie Heaton and his wife Susan of Sacramento, California, Terry Heaton of Greely, Colorado and Cary Yeck and his wife Leesa of Placerville, California; two daughters, Penny Pride and her husband Joe of Seligman, Missouri and Sandy Marquard of Greely, Colorado; three brothers, Lonnie Elliott of Seligman, Missouri, Larry Elliott of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Lyndell Elliott of Fort Collins, Colorado and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Bev grew up and attended school in Loveland, Colorado. She was employed by Walmart as an assembler in the warehouse for 30 years from where she retired. She and Jimmy moved here in 1983 from Aurora, Colorado. Bev enjoyed taking care of her home and doing yardwork. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Bev was an avid Denver Broncos fan.
Private services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
