Harrison is one of the locations of State High School Volleyball Tournaments which got underway on Tuesday.
Valley Springs is the host school for the 3A Tournament being held at North Arkansas College. The Lady Tigers won their opening round match on Tuesday against Episcopal Collegiate in five games and will take on Crowley’s Ridge Academy at 2:00 this afternoon in second round play.
Harrison is at the 5A State Tournament at Searcy and beat Lake Hamilton in straight sets opening day. The Lady Goblins next play against Valley View at 4:00 today.
Marshall and Yellville-Summit split games in the 2A Tournament at Quitman. Marshall was eliminated by England while Yellville-Summit defeated Taylor in four games to move on to today's quarterfinals against Mansfield at Noon.
