The Harrison Lady Goblins bid to make the 5A State Volleyball Championship ends one match short.
The Lady Goblins were defeated in straight sets by Benton in the State Semifinals on Thursday in Searcy. All three games were close, with Harrison losing by scores of 25-22, 25-20, 25-20.
The Lady Goblins season ends with a record of 21-6 and as champions of the 5A West Conference.
