Charges were filed earlier this month against a Harrison woman accused of the fraudulent use of a bank card.
According to court documents filed in Boone County Circuit Court by the Harrison Police Department, 45-year-old Tonda Martin is facing several charges after she was accused of taking information from a friend's boyfriends card and used that information to make personal purchases. The victim states Martin did have permission to use the card to pay some bills but then she gave the card back but kept the information to make other purchases. Between September 7 and October 15, Martin is alleged to have made over $2,900 in purchases.
Martin has pled Not Guilty to the three felony charges against her and is scheduled for trial in September. Martin has been released on a $3,500 Bond.
