Two men have been charged for an incident earlier this month that they are accused of displaying weapons and saying racial slurs to a pair of black people at their residence in Branson.
According to probable cause statements filed by the Branson Police Department, Chaz Beck and Dylan Julian are alleged to have made the threats on February 10. During the incident, witnesses say they saw Beck with a pistol with the handle sticking out of his pocket while Julian displayed what appeared to be a AK-47 Assault Rifle but was later discovered by police to be a BB Gun.
According to court documents, arrests warrants have been issued for both Beck and Julian with a $75,000 bond issued for both once in custody.
