Storms that moved through the region late Wednesday night into Thursday morning resulted in plenty of reports of hail and strong winds to the National Weather Service.
Hail an inch in diameter or more was reported in areas of Stone and Barry Counties around Kimberling City, Shell Knob, and Eagle Rock while several tree branches and limbs were reported down in the Highlandville area.
In Arkansas, the weather service confirms an EF-2 Tornado impacted areas between Pindall in Searcy County and Bruno in Marion County while other areas reported trees down including Fallsville in Newton County. Several areas of Carroll County including Beaver and Eureka Springs also reported large hail.
