A Searcy County Man if facing several charges after an incident earlier this month where he threatened several individuals.
According to the probable cause affidavit from the Searcy County Sheriff’s Office, on August 6, 35-year-old Logan Allen Treat of Saint Joe went to a residence in Silver Hill and threatened his ex-girlfriend and several other individuals, shooting a tire out on her vehicle. After Treat departed, the victim and two other adults and a minor child left and went to report Treat to the Sheriff’s Office. When a deputy arrived on the scene, Treat returned and he was found to have a weapon and also in possession of marijuana. He was also field tested and found to be be over the legal limit for intoxication.
Treat is facing six felony charges and several other misdemeanors for the incident. His bond was set at $5,000 with an arraignment on the charges scheduled for August 25 in Searcy County Court.
