Rain and Storms to Start Week, Arctic Air Later

The Lakes Region will see the first round of Arctic Air filter into the area this week.

The week starts with a chance of rain would could spurn some severe thunderstorms Monday afternoon. Prior to that, strong winds of 30-40 MPH will sweep through region ahead of the frontal system. 

Eventually, the front will open the door for a surge of arctic air that by Wednesday, will see high temperatures drop into the upper 40s to around 50 with lows in the upper 20s to around 30.
