The National Weather Service issues its long-range forecast for the summer months.
According to the NWS, the Lakes Region the Summer 2025 outlook slightly favors above normal temperatures with precipitation near normal.
Forecasters predict a 30-40% chance of above normal temperatures with rain amounts close to normal.
The month will start at like May with wet conditions as rain is in the forecast daily beginning Tuesday to the end of the week.
