More details have been released about the suspects captured following a pursuit in Marion and Baxter counties Saturday night.
Being held in the Marion County Detention Center is 31-year-old Leigh Blackmon of Flippin. In the Baxter County Detention Center is 29-year-old Chelsea Holland.
The Marion County Sheriff’s Office had issued an appeal for the public to be on the lookout for Blackmon last week after he was involved in a shooting incident in the Yellville-Summit area on October 15 that seriously injured one individual. Blackmon is also facing sexual assault charges for a previous incident in Baxter County.
Meanwhile, Holland was arrested after the pursuit for a warrant out of Gassville for her role in the theft of a vehicle and also on drug charges.
