
The storms that ripped through the Lakes Region forcing a halt to the Outlaw Music Festival Tour Show at Thunder Ridge Nature Arena has had an impact on the next show on the tour.
According to post on both the tour and headliner Willie Nelson's social media accounts, damage to equipment that was set up for the Willie Nelson as well as Bob Dylan sets at the Sunday concert were damaged to the point that repairs and replacement of equipment could not be done in time for their scheduled show tonight in El Reno, Oklahoma.
The messages goes on to say that the plan to resume their tour for the next date this Friday in Austin, Texas.
The scheduled Sunday show at Thunder Ridge had just begun the second of five sets when the high winds forced the show to stop and patrons to evacuate the arena. According to the Emergency Management Report sent to the National Weather Service, four people were injured from flying debris due to the storms.
