A man from Christian County with a history of run-ins with Missouri Law Enforcement is now in trouble with law enforcement officers in Arkansas.
According to court documents posted by KTLO, 46-year-old Christopher James Dale of Nixa is facing multiple charges after he fought several law enforcement officers trying to arrest him for being under the influence of narcotics in Searcy County.
The probable cause affidavit from the Searcy County Sheriff's Officer states that sheriff's deputies along with officers from the Marshall Police Department went to s residence in Oxley after a call about a many under the influence and acting belligerent. Officers went into the residence and found Dale rolling around on the floor with a substance on a nearby table that later tested positive for methamphetamine. Dale resisted treatment and later an arrest attempt attacking three officers trying to detain him.
Dale is facing seven charges, four of them felonies in the incident including the attack on the officers and possession of methamphetamine. He is free after posting a $5,000 bond.
According to Missouri Case Net, Dale has had several arrests in Missouri including a possession charge in September in Nixa.
