Mercy releases information late Monday morning on their COVID-19 Deaths reported over the weekend.
Erik Frederick, Chief Administrative Officer with Mercy Springfield, says in a twitter post that the Springfield Facility reported 12 deaths over the weekend bringing the total number of deaths up to 60 for the month. Fredrick also said in the post that most of the people currently with the virus are unvaccinated.
Director of Primary Care for Mercy's Springfield Communities Kyle David says on Monday's Ozarks Now program that the drive-thru COVID testing is available at their Multi Specialty Clinic in Branson weekdays from 9 am to 3 pm. David said that the testing is for people feeling symptomatic and folks can either come by the Urgent Care Clinic at Highway 65 and 248 or call 417-337-9808.
