The final stages of the Deer Hunting Season in Missouri begins Christmas Day.
On the latest edition of the Missouri Department of Conservation Podcast, Stone County Agent Kearby Bridges talks about the Saturday start to the Alternative Methods season which will go until January 4th. The Archery Season for Hunting Deer is still currently going and will continue until January 15.
The Podcast also updates the "Share the Harvest" Program and provides fishing tips as well as previewing several upcoming events including the First Day Hike at the Ruth and Paul Henning Conservation Area on New Year's Day.
