A teen who was facing a Misdemeanor Charge has added more charges after resisting arrest.
According to information from the Marion County Sheriff's Office, 18-year-old Dakoda Haff of Yellville was approached by deputies serving him on the misdemeanor charge when he began to threaten, kick, and spit on the deputies and did damage to a patrol car when he was taken into custody.
Haff is facing three Felony Charges and a Misdemeanor in relation to this incident. He is currently in the Marion County Detention Center on a $11,000 Bond with his next court appearance in Marion County scheduled for Thursday.
