New charges have been filed against a Marion County man who has previous convictions of raping family members.
According to a KTLO Report, 56-year-old Robert Laure of Yellville is facing charges of child pornography and failure to comply with sex offender reporting requirements. An investigation by Marion and Pope County Authorities and the Arkansas State Police found evidence of including nude images of underage individuals.
Larue has been transferred from Pope County to the Marion County County Detention Center where his bond is set at $50,000. His next court date is scheduled for January 13 in Marion County Circuit Court.
