A man that is in the Boone County Detention Center on charges stemming from a January incident now has more charges to face while in jail.
26-year-old Jacob William Gentry-Cape of Lead Hill is
facing two more charges since his detention on drug charges and injuring a Harrison Police Officer during his arrest in January. Gentry-Cape is facing Felony Charges of Terroristic Threatening after he was heard on a call threating to harm a law enforcement officer.
Several days prior to that, Gentry-Cape caused a disturbance in one of pods of the jail and when jailers tried to detain him, he encourage other inmates to attack them. Although several approached them, none joined the fight. He is facing four charges including two Felony Charges of Inciting a Riot and Battery.
Gentry-Cope is still in jail on the original Bond of $50,000 and now has bonds of $15,000 and another $50,000 on the additional charges.
