The Arkansas State Police has released information on a fatality crash that occurred last weekend in Harrison.
According to the report filed to ASP by the Harrison Police Department, the crash occurred on Highway 65 at Prospect Avenue just after 1:00 on December 27. According to the report, 66-year-ol Robert Kincaid of Flippin was driving northbound on Highway 65 when his pick-up crossed the center turn lane into the southbound lane and struck a Freightliner truck driven by 56-year-old Glen Slater of Georgia.
The crash killed Kincaid while Slater was taken to North Arkansas Regional Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.
Pending any updated reports, 541 people were killed in traffic crashes in Arkansas in 2025.
