The Women in the Wild Workshop Series will feature a hunting gear fashion show Thursday.
This second in a series of events, “From Hesitant to Hunting,” will focus on another important aspect of hunting — what to wear and what to bring.
Arkansas Game and Fish Commission employees and current women hunters will model gear and share advice about what to wear, good places to find gear and how expense does not have to be an issue when preparing for a first hunt. The women hunters says don’t be intimidated by the unknown.
The event will be held at the Fred Berry Crooked Creek Nature Center on Thursday evening from 6-8.
Registration is required for this event. To register, visit the Fred Berry Center website https://www.agfc.com/en/explore-outdoors/nature-and-education-centers/fbcec/ and click on the calendar to access the registration link, or go to www.register-ed.com and view upcoming events in the Arkansas Outdoor Skills Network section.
This workshop is free of charge.
