Harrison's planning commission will look at approving multi-family residential developments, City Engineer Wade Phillips.
Phillips, who acts as the liaison for the commission, said that during an appearance with the commission's chairman Pat Brown on KHOZ's "Around The Table" on Friday. These properties would sit near the college campus. He explained that one would house seniors; it has 60 units. The other has 60 units as well, but it's for families. Phillips went on to comment on the updates.
"It's good. We need housing," he said. Phillips also highlighted the community affordability of the projects. More was discussed on the broadcast.
