A Boone County woman is facing half a dozen charges including two felonies for an incident that occurred last week.
Court Documents indicate 20-year-old Lillie Benton of Harrison was involved with an argument with the victim asking he be removed after which responding deputies informed her no charges could be filed and she was informed of eviction procedures if she wanted to pursue it further.
The following day, officers were called to the same address where Benton was allegedly hitting several individuals and attacked the officers when they were arresting her.
Benson is currently in the Boone County Detention Center on a $15,000 bond.
