Harrison Woman Facing Charges of Credit Card Theft

A woman from Harrison is alleged to have made over $3,700 of purchases on a credit card that was reported as stolen.

According to the probable cause affidavit filed by the Harrison Police Department, a person reported her credit card had been missing since July with the victims card statements showing a series of purchases made beginning in mid July though August. Video evidence from Wal-Mart in Harrison plus account information obtained after a purchase at O'Reilly Auto Parts in Harrison led to the arrest of 30-year-old Korenthia Gray of Harrison. Gray was employed at a Dollar General location in Harrison where the card was frequently used. 

Gray is facing felony charges of Fraudulent Use of a Credit Cart and Theft by Receiving. Gray was booked and released from the Boone County Detention Center on a $8000 Bond.
