A Boone County man is facing a felony charge after an August incident.
According to a KTLO Report, 20-year-old Garrett Lynn Isley of Harrison, has been arrested and charged with a Class Y felony of rape. Class Y felonies are the most series classification of crime in Arkansas not punishable by death.
According to the probable cause affidavit released Tuesday, Isley’s arrest follows a 16-year-old female being interviewed at Grandma’s House Children’s Advocacy Center in Harrison in late August. The victim alleges the incident followed an evening of drinking with Isley at her sister’s home in Harrison.
Isley was interviewed at the Harrison Police Department in early October, when he allegedly confessed to the charge in explicit detail. His bond was set at $25,000.
