A Harrison man is in the Boone County Detention Center charged with inappropriately touching an underage female.
According to court records, 34-year-old Catlee Lake is facing three counts of 2nd Degree Sexual Assault and also a possible sentence enhancement as a habitual offender. Lake is accused of inappropriately touching the female victim during incidents over a two and a half year period. The victim was interviewed at Grandma's House Children's Advocacy Center in Harrison where she reveled details of the incidents that happened between January of 2022 through July of this year.
Lake is in the Boone County Detention Center on a $15,000 Bond with a court date set for October.
