A golf tournament benefitting Arkansas Children’s Hospital is this weekend.
Stephanie Akin & Laura Gellar appeared on KHOZ's "Around The Table" on Thursday to discuss it. Akin said the tournament is a "two-person scramble." It tees off at 8:30 a.m. on Saturday and 1:30 p.m. on Sunday. There's a "horse race" golf event on Friday at 5:30 p.m.
It's in its fifth year, and it carries a special place in the hearts of Akin and Gellar. The hospital has cared for people they love.
A few spots are still open. Preregistration is possible; players can also register by calling the Harrison Country Club at 870-741-4947. It's $300 per team. More was discussed on the broadcast.
