A Flippin woman is facing charges of stealing lottery tickets and cashing them in where she worked and processing fake product refunds.
According to court documents, 21-year-old Mackenzie Mae Hayes is facing felony charges of Lottery Fraud and Theft of Property. The probable cause affidavit filed by the Mountain Home Police Department indicates officers were contacted by a store manager at Town & Country Discount Foods in Mountain Home stating the video surveillance caught Hayes scratching the lottery tickets and cashing the winning ones and throwing away those that were not winners and well as processing the fake refunds which totaled over $1500.
Hayes is free after posting $2500 bond.
