June 20th each year is the first official day that Fireworks can be sold at stands across Missouri.
Many tents have already popped up in the Tri-Lakes area with many stands either having opened yesterday or will be opening over the next few days.
While many fireworks stands shutdown shortly after Independence Day, those businesses are permitted to sell fireworks through July 10th and some also can reopen for New Year’s Celebrations from December 20 through January 2nd.
