The person tabbed to succeed the retiring Fred Wohl as Boone County Justice of the Peace in District 5 has been decided.
In Tuesday's Republican Run-off Election, Kyle Evatt outdistanced Danny Hickman 161-71 according to total's released from the Boone County Clerk's Office. With no Democratic Challenger of the ballot in November, Evatt will take over for Wohl in District 5 in January of 2025.
