A project that was slow getting started is now moving quickly to completion and the organization that put it together is having a community celebration.
Elevate Branson will host a dedication ceremony this Friday May 30 at 4:00 pm at the Elevate Community Tiny Homes location off of Gretna Road. Elevate Branson Founder Bryan Stallings, during an interview this week on KRZK’s “The Upside” program said that within the last few months, most of the utilities have been installed and a couple of model Tiny Homes have already been built. Stallings said the project was started to answer the affordable housing shortage in the region.
The full interview from “The Upside” can be found below followed by a release from Elevate Branson with more details::
Elevate Community is set to be one of the country's largest, permanent tiny home developments. Upon completion, 70 tiny homes will provide housing and a supportive community for low-income residents.

• More than just affordable housing, Elevate Community will provide the connectivity and support services required to lift our neighbors up from poverty for good.
• The first residents are expected to occupy these homes in 2026.
