City of Harrison to Host Public Meeting about Proposed Creekside Music Venue

A recently announced joint venture between the City of Harrison and the Convention/Visitors Bureau will be discussed during an informal meeting next week.

According to a release from the City, Mayor Jerry Jackson will host the meeting on Thursday March 14 at 5:30 at City Hall prior to the regularly scheduled council committee meetings. Jackson says in the release that while they have spoken to many in the community as well as experts in the field about the project, they still want to hear from other community members about their thoughts and suggestions as well as questions about the new venue that will be located on the former Harrison School's Football Field as part of the Creekside Complex.

For those that can't attend the meeting and have questions or comments, you can email Mayor Jackson at Mayor@harrisonar.gov
