City of Branson Opens Campground Extension

The City of Branson welcomed the public to the expansion of the Lakeside RV Park Friday with a ribbon cutting ceremony.

Branson Parks and Recreation Director Cindy Shook told the gathered crowd the story of the expansion several years in development. The new site adds 31 new Deluxe Patio Sites to the west of the existing park with the new sites now open for occupancy.

Several RV Vendors were on site as well to help demonstrate the look of the expansion with RVs parked on some of the new sites.
