The Northwest Arkansas District Fair announces new partnership with Miller Spectacular Shows, a renowned carnival company out of Greenbrier, AR.

Allison Black, NWADF manager said, “ we are very excited to partner with Freddy Miller and his family to bring a new carnival to Harrison.  Miller Spectacular Shows is known nationwide for providing high quality, family friendly attractions and we can not wait for them to bring their show to Harrison.”

Freddy Miller, fourth generation owner of Miller Spectacular Shows, said “we have a small city that we move from place to place.  It’s like nothing you’ve seen before in Harrison.”  Miller’s fleet includes an impressive 50+ carnival rides.  He says you will never see the same show twice.  Rides are constantly rotated year to year, event to event.  Miller says he and his sons will be expanding the amount of rides that will be seen this year, especially in the fall during the fair.

With this new partnership comes changes to the calendar.  Black said, “we will have date changes for Crawdad Days and the annual District Fair, however, we think this will be the best thing for those involved.”  Historically, the District Fair has always been the 3rd full week of September.  For 2026, the District Fair will be October 4-10 with the carnival beginning operations on Wednesday, October 7, 2026.

Does a new carnival mean higher prices?  “No,” Black said “I think you will be pleasantly surprised at what the Miller Family has in store for us this year and in the future.”
