Boone County Woman Arrested on Theft Charges

A Boone County woman has been arrested in connection to a theft that occurred in July 2021.

According to the probable cause affidavit, 24-year-old Victoria Skylar Tyson was arrested Tuesday for theft of property when she stole a 2007 Chrysler Town and Country van and a purse belonging to the victim whom she had been staying with.

On July 17, 2021, Greene County Missouri Sheriff’s department were dispatched to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon arrival, they located the van belonging to the victim, with Tyson in the passenger seat.

Tyson is currently being held in the Boone County Detention Center on $5,000 bond.
