Boone County Man Arrested on Theft Charges

A Boone County man has been arrested following reports of multiple thefts. 39-year-old Travis Rae Wagoner is facing charges of breaking or entering, theft of property, criminal mischief and criminal trespass.

According to the probable cause affidavit recapped by KTLO, the Boone County Sheriff’s Office was notified of several incidences where items were stolen from a bridge construction site along Arkansas Highway 7 South near Carr Court. Those incidents began in February and continued through March where on three separate occasions, items were stolen from the site.

Photos taken during the incidents were shown to employees of nearby lumber and hardware storms who identified Wagner as the suspect which officers confirmed after photos on his Facebook page match the photos from the site.

Wagoner was booked and released from the Boone County Detention Center on a $25,000 bond. He faces several felony and misdemeanor charges for the break-ins.
