A Boone County man has been has been arrested for two counts sexual assault involving a minor.
According to the probable cause affidavit, 72-year-old Roger D. Dunsing is accused of inappropriately touching two minor female family members between the ages of 8 and 14 over the course of six years.
In July, investigators received a report of the assault. During the interviews, both victims identified Dunsing of inappropriately touching them over the years. One of the victim’s stated they did not say anything because if she did, he would come home to hurt her for telling what he had done.
Dunsing was arrested by the Boone County Sheriff’s Department. He was released on $50,000 bond and ordered to have no contact with the victims. He is set to appear in Boone County Circuit Court on November 1.
