A Lakes Area Water System has been issued a Boil Water Order by the Arkansas Department of Health.
The order impacts SPG Water Association Customers in Marion and Searcy Counties due to a water main break. The specific areas impacted are around Arkansas State Highway 374 East, North Tomahawk and Tomahawk Slab Road, Osbourne Road, Mercy Lane, and Spirit Drive.
Water customers in those areas should boil water to be used for drinking or food preparation one minute prior to use.
