A body found in October at Hickey Park in Flippin has been identified.
According to Flippin Chief of Police John Spence, the body has been identified as 52-year-old James Daniel Emory of Flippin.
Emory’s body was found the morning of October 30th and an investigation was then initiated by investigators from the Flippin Police Department assisted by Arkansas State Police.
Emory’s body was transported to the State Medical Examiner’s Office to determine the cause and manner of death. The full toxicology report has not been returned from the state, but officials do not suspect foul play.
