A combination of technical issues and extreme heat led to multiple problems at a recent show at Black Oak Amphitheatre in Lampe.
Black Oak Owner Johnny Stauffer posted a video on their Facebook Page to answer the questions on the issue that happened at the August 19th event that was headlined by Nelly.
Stauffer detailed the technical issues that the company Black Oak hired to handle the technical and lighting for their shows ran into multiple issues, including some heat related. Stauffer also addressed some of the recent comments about the staff response to the issues. Stauffer said that the staff did everything possible including handing out water to attendees waiting in the 100 degree plus temperatures. Stauffer also said the longer than anticipated show caused the Concession Stands to run out of many items.
The complete video can be found on the Black Oak Amp Facebook Page while a detailed recap of the events by Tim Church can be found on the Branson Tri-Lakes News Website.
