District 24 State Senator Missy Irvin has either written or sponsored multiple pieces of legislation related to sex-trafficking laws in Arkansas, and one bill was just voted on by the legislature.
This current bill would allow victims of sex-trafficking to file Civil Lawsuits against people and/or businesses that were aware or should have been aware of the activity that they were aiding either directly or indirectly.
