Matt Bell of Explore Harrison talked Friday about Arkansas' 27 annual state championship hot air balloon races.

Bell spoke on KHOZ's "Around The Table" about the races. 11 balloons are scheduled to race. Conditions are expected to favor the event.

Bell said Friday morning was beautiful and that weather looks "tip-top" for the weekend. Balloons aren't all this event offers.

Helicopter rides and food will also be available in addition to live music.
