The Arkansas Department of Transportation (ArDOT) is seeking more public input on a proposal to replace the Business 65 bridge over Crooked Creek in Harrison.
ADOT opened a virtual meeting website earlier this month and is accepting comments until September 22. In the post online, ArDOT says the bridge is in poor condition and is proposing it be replaced along it's current alignment with some improvements including a center turn lane and wider sidewalk. The post goes on to say that if enough citizens request it, a public hearing may be scheduled.
ArDOT had a previous period seeking public input back in August.
A link to the the public comment section for this project can be found on the ArDOT Website.
