An annual cancer awareness event has an added feature this year.
The Annual Pink-Out Tennis Tournament is set for the Creekside Tennis Courts on August 28 and will feature the Harrison Goblin Tennis Teams hosting Bergman, Jasper, and Valley Springs taking part in the match.
Bergman Tennis Coach Steve Cox was one of the guests earlier this week on KHOZ's "Around the Table" Program and talked about the history of the event which started with his and Harrison's teams. Cox added over the years the event has expanded now involving Explore Harrison along with North Arkansas Regional Medical Center and several banks including Signature Bank.
Matt Bell of Explore Harrison also appeared on "Around the Table": and talked about the addition of a 2K Run Event as well as the tennis matches.
