William “Bill” Jay Clark, age 87, of Reeds Spring, Missouri.
William “Bill” Jay Clark, age 87, of Reeds Spring, Missouri, passed away on May 28, 2024. He entered this life on April 22, 1937, in Northfield City, Minnesota, the son of Henry and Anna (McConnell) Clark. Bill was joined in marriage on October 3, 1968, to Margie Wertz.
Bill and Marnie were married for 55 years. They started their marriage in San Diego, California. He was a sailboat builder for 35 years and she was an Opera Singer and performed in New York. Together they were in a sailboat club and sailed to Honolulu, Hawaii, on one or more adventures. They moved to Branson, Missouri in 2005 and purchased their dream forever home. In their backyard Bill built an airplane from scratch that they flew many times. He also had a hobby constructing model cars, boats and planes. One of his prize possessions was a 1966 Corvair that he restored inside and out. Bill served in the Army from 1960 to 1962. Together they regularly attended Woodland Hills Family Church and supported CBN with their orphan ministry.
