Virginia “Ginny” Lee Nichols, age 77, passed away on January 2, 2026.

Virginia “Ginny” Lee Nichols, age 77, of Hollister, Missouri, passed away on January 2, 2026. She entered this life on November 7, 1948, in Bartlesville, Oklahoma, the daughter of William and Lorene (Downing) Keesaman.

Being raised in New Market, Missouri, Ginny graduated from North Platte High School. She lived most of her adult life in Lake of the Ozarks, Missouri, Kansas City, Missouri, and Colorado. During her retired years Ginny loved to karaoke and started hosting karaoke at various places. She enjoyed fishing and spending time outdoors. In her final years, Ginny resided at the Point Lookout Nursing Home in Hollister, Missouri where she passed away. She will be forever remembered and never forgotten.

Ginny was preceded in death by her husband, John Nichols; son, Lee Keesaman; and parents: William and Lorene Keesaman.
She is survived by her sisters: Dianne Snook, Carolyn Burnette, and Donna (Mark Webb) Pinney; seven nieces and nephews; twelve great-nieces and nephews; and three great-great- nieces and nephews.

A private family and friends graveside service will be held in May. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.
